In this talk I will review some recent results on a classification of coordinate Bethe Ansatz integrable models of directed polymers on the square-lattice. I will then concentrate on the Inverse-Beta polymer and show how the Bethe Ansatz permits to show the KPZ universality of the asymptotic fluctuations of the point-to-point free-energy in this model.
